What We Will Do
Once we receive your request, we may verify your identity before processing it. After verification, we will review and delete personal data that we are able to delete under applicable law, operational requirements, and platform obligations.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or security reasons. Where that happens, we will retain only the minimum necessary information.
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge data deletion requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 15 business days, unless additional verification or legal review is required.
